Shipping

All of our products are shipped securely with tracked delivery from Lithuania (EU) to all European countries, and from Switzerland to customers located in Switzerland.

We offer free shipping on orders over €160/CHF 160 — no code needed. This discount is automatically applied at checkout. Please note that free shipping does not include customs duties or taxes, where applicable.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
During promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to higher order volume.

We ship orders on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Destinations

  • Orders are shipped from Lithuania to all European countries, including:
    • EU countries (e.g., Germany, France, Italy)
    • Non-EU countries (e.g., United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland)
  • Orders to Swiss addresses are fulfilled from Switzerland, to avoid additional customs procedures.

We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.

Please note:
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or temporary addresses such as hotels or warehouses. Kindly ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

Delivery Times

Expected delivery times after order dispatch:

  • 1–3 business days within Lithuania
  • 1–3 business days within Switzerland
  • 5–9 business days for EU destinations
  • 5–14 business days other European countries

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers in EU countries typically will not incur any additional customs charges.

For customers in non-EU European countries (e.g., UK, Norway, Iceland, etc.):

  • Import duties, VAT, or handling fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • They are not included in the price of the products or shipping fee

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, nor can we reimburse any import-related fees.

Order Modifications & Address Accuracy

Once an order has been placed and processed by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has left our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen items during transit or after delivery.
If your order is missing or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping provider. If you need further assistance, please contact us with your tracking number.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please take clear photos of:

  • The shipping box
  • The products received
  • Any external packaging

Send these images to our support team at [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

A replacement or full refund will be issued only in cases where the damage was the result of our error.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make returns simple and stress-free.

Return Window

You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Sent back in the original packaging (including tags or inserts)
  • Returned within 14 days from the delivery date

How Returns Work

  1. Contact us via email to request your return.
  2. We’ll send you a return label.
  3. Bring the package to your selected package carrier and dispatch it.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

  • We only accept returns requested by email — unapproved returns may not be processed.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
